The ending ceremony was absolutely stunning.
Jamaican sprinter Usain Bolt became the first man since Carl Lewis in 1984 to sweep the 100 and 200 gold medals at an Olympics.
So many world records broken.
China has an impressive result of 51 golds, 21 silver and 28 bronze.

Never. Ever. Underestimate CHINESE.
That's 51 golds in you people's face !

On a lighter note.
The past week, my relative came back to Kuching from Canada for the summer holidays.
My oh my, haven't seen my cousins for like 8 to 9 years. They've definitely grown up a lot.

Once, in a class, a teacher went to the white board and draw a black dot on it with a marker pen.
She then proceeds to ask the students, "What do you see? "
Everyone in the class excitedly answered the teacher, "A black dot !! "
The teacher asked again, "What do you see ?"
And everyone again excitedly answered, "A black dot !! "
The teacher then explained, "How come you guys can noticed such a little black dot but not the entire whiteboard? "
This just goes to show that most people (or rather, everyone) only seem to notice the tiny wrongs of others, but never entirely look at the good they have.

*Yawns*
Really,
I just wanna know...
after all the efforts,
all the troubles,
all the selfless-what-abouts,
when it all comes down to zero,
why the bother?
Tell me...
I'm dead beat.
I just wanna crawl up to bed and sleep there forever.
